Sacred Fire Productions contracted Sarah to create and develop a masterclass for their new webseries: Building Blocks for Cultivating Cultural Entrepreneurship and Success. Designed to reach artists in urban, rural, and remote communities. Each session becomes part of a long-term digital archive on their website, giving artists ongoing access to learning tools that support their professional growth.
Indigenous Philanthropy Advisors (IPA): Contracted COO
Nicole McDonald and Wanda Brascoupe contracted Sarah to act as COO as they were launching IPA. She designed and implemented operational frameworks that aligned organizational growth with Indigenous values, community priorities, and funder accountability. Sarah built and refined internal systems for project management, contracts, and vendor relationships to create structure and improve efficiency and clarity across engagements and leadership.
Lucia: Co-Founder & COO
Sarah spearheaded the development and launch of Lucia, a B2B freelancer marketplace for the hospitality industry. She negotiated, established, and managed 10 strategic partnerships and 2 enterprise agreements with key stakeholders. Refined scalable and cost-effective recruiting processes resulting a successful onboarding of 300+ SMB and 100+ freelancers. Developed comprehensive financial models, resulted in $1M in funding to support GTMS and technological advancements.

Developed and executed a streamlined adjudication processes, increasing application intake by 75%. Oversaw administrative functions and fostered partnerships across stakeholders to ensure the seamless coordination of information and documentation, increasing fund deployment time by 90%.
